Copyright in education
Whether it's using a quote in your article, using videos in your lectures for students or publishing your thesis in a public database, almost everyone has to deal with copyright law and regulations. You do not want to violate any copyright laws when you are just doing your work or making an assignment. This is where Auteursrechten.nl comes in!

Auteursrechten.nl has been developed by SURF in collaboration with the Network of Copyright Information Points in the Netherlands. An editorial team of experts on copyright delegated from Copyright Information Points (AIP's) makes sure the information on teh site is up to date and reliable. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions please contact one of the staff members of the Copyright Information Point of your institution via the contact page.
APA Guidelines: A practical guide
The APA Working Group has put together 'The APA guidelines explained: a practical guide for source referencing in higher education' in collaboration with SURF and with the agreement of the American Psychological Association. The handbook can be downloaded for free at auteursrechten.nl/apa. You can also find informational videos, FAQs and blogs about the APA guidelines here.
